Dori is a true gem out here. She grew up in the Army, and was able to see the world at a young age. When she got older, she actually joined the Army as well, and even jumped out of airplanes for work!
She met Randy while working for the BLM and he introduced her to horses and ranching and she never looked back. She is a woman of many talents—she heads up our grazing allotment, managing the cattle and the rangeland. She’s also an artist! Many of the beautiful and detailed pencil drawings around the ranch are from her very hand. She never makes an outline…she might just begin with the tip of an ear or a corner of an eye.
Her gentle nature really suits the horses and her big smile and caring demeanor make all of our guests feel at home.
