We've had many guests say they would like to work for McGinnis Meadows, and when we've tried it, it's always turned out to be more than they bargained for. Danica is different. She came to the ranch for the first time with her parents and then came to work for us. Danica is from a small town in western Washington called Buckley. She was home-schooled right up until she went to college where she spent a year. When she heard we had a position open, she jumped right in. Danica started with us as a housekeeper and now has worked right up into my office sidekick position, so you'll either reach me or Danica when you call and same with emails. Full of endless energy and always wearing a bright smile, you'll see her housekeeping and serving at meals, and if she's got a spare moment she's out with us helping with the horses and riding. Danica is a pure joy as she pitches in with gusto and nary a negative attitude. You'll enjoy her spunk and readiness to help.
