Early Spring Program I
Rates are
per week and includes tax & round trip transportation from Kalispell.

Horsemanship & outside riding:
April 21-May 4: Buck Brannaman Horsemanship from the ground up using our horses or you can bring your own - All levels of riders are welcome. Clinic style instruction daily. A great time for fine tuning your riding skills with our experienced horsemen & women. We'll also get out and explore country weather permitting.

Ranch roping and branding week:
May 5-11: This week is especially for those who love to ride and rope all day long! We use long ropes - 60' and throw BIG LOOPS. If you ride and rope the Vaquero and Buck Brannaman style, or want to learn, this is the week for you. We'll be roping yearling cattle in a safe instructional environment. Bring your rope horse or ride one of ours.
Horsemanship and roping weeks:
May 12-18: Bring your colt or horse and learn clinic style from the ground up Buck Brannaman Horsemanship. Time will be taken to improve on your riding skills and work on any issues you are having with your horse. There will be a variety of experiences from arena riding to cattle working and ranch roping, to riding the great outdoors with confidence. Of course our horses are here for you if you can't bring your own.

- Along with Buck Brannaman clinic style horsemanship, cattle working and exploring country, join in our season long CATTLE DRIVES! Riding is a real hoot moving momma cows and their calves to new pastures.
- McGinnis Meadows Ranch is very conscientious about proper land management and you'll take a big part in it. There's a part for all levels of riders to participate in. Ride the drag to push cattle, ride the flanks to keep those ol' girls in line. You'll be quite the hand!
*FALL ROUND UP IS SEPT 22- OCTOBER 12
• Our main agenda at this time is gathering cattle off of their summer pastures and shipping cattle to their home ranch.

July 14 – 20, & July 21 - 27, 2013 weeks
BUCK BRANNAMAN PRIVATE RANCH CLINICS
For guests only, no auditors.
Rate includes: 3 full days with Buck, 2 full days with us, tax, and round trip transportation from Kalispell.
$2903.95 per person for a cabin (double occupancy only)
$2725.70 per person for a room in the lodge.

• All meals
- Space is limited sign up as soon as you can or be put on the waiting list.
- Each week for 3 full days, Buck will cover Horsemanship 1 in the mornings, and Cattle Working in the afternoons.
- 2 full days are with us either working on horsemanship, cattle working, or moving cattle on summer range.
- Ride one of our horses or bring your own at no extra cost. We’ll provide hay, and space for your horse.
- Full week only Sunday through Saturday.
- Ranch lodging only.
October 13 – 26, 2013
Off Peak Fall Season
Rates are
per week and includes tax & round trip transportation from Kalispell.
$1868.20 per person for a cabin (double occupancy)
$1725.20 per person for a lodge room.

• All meals.
- Great time for long days in the saddle covering country looking for stray cattle. Fall colors are brilliant and the air is crisp. Of course we still offer horsemanship, cattle working at the ranch, and leisurely rides too at this time.
December 1, 2013 to April 19th, 2014
Winter Horsemanship Program
Rate is
per week and includes tax & round trip transportation from Kalispell.
$1,000.20 per person. Buck Brannaman horsemanship taught clinic style from the ground up, cattle working, and roping in our heated indoor arena.
- We will take an average of eight guests per week
- There are no housekeeping services during the week
- A simple breakfast will be available each morning.
- A dinner like meal will be provided at lunch time.
- The kitchen is stocked for dinners and the cookie jar is always full!
*Must speak fluent English as there is a lot of instruction.

RESERVATIONS:
To confirm your stay, we require a $350.00 per person deposit payable by check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.
PAYMENT POLICY:
- 60% of balance due February 15.
- Final balance due upon departure.
- Reservations made after February 15 require a 60% deposit.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Travel Insurance is highly recommended. All deposits and
payments after January 1st of arrival year are refundable less a
$100.00 service fee if we can refill your space.
OUR DAILY SCHEDULE DURING PEAK SEASON:

Breakfast is served daily at 8:00 am, lunch whenever we stop,
hors d' oeuvres at 6:00 pm, and dinner at 6:30 pm.
Sunday: Check in is at 3 pm. Settle in, get acquainted and meet the crew. Orientation is at 5:30pm on the week's activities and to learn your expectations too.

Monday: Help saddle at 7:00 am, or sleep in. We'll see you at 8:00 for breakfast. 9:00 AM we'll meet you out by the horses. We work with you individually to adjust your saddle, and to learn this style of riding. We take all the time necessary to ensure you are comfortable with your horse, and you learn all the skills for a great week of working cattle, improving your riding skills, and enjoying the country.
Tuesday - Friday: We are flexible. There are CATTLE DRIVES on Summer Range, cattle working here at the ranch, Buck Brannaman CLINIC style horsemanship from the ground up, rides out exploring new country, and roping lessons starting from the ground.
Saturday: Leisurely breakfast at 8:00 am, group photos, and we never say good-bye! It's "Till next time!" Shuttle to Kalispell takes off between 9:00 and 9:30 am. Please try to schedule your flight home any time after 11:00 am.

Travel Guard Travel Insurance
If there is any chance that your travel plans might be interrupted, we highly recommend travel insurance! Travel insurance offers coverage for unforeseen problems, from a cancelled flight to even a serious illness.
For those bringing horses to the ranch for training or for a week’s stay at the Ranch
Owners will be required to show proof of a coggins and well as documentation that shows the horse has been vaccinated for Influenza and Rhino within the previous 3 months. Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.
