Prices include a one-week stay, Sunday - Saturday, all meals, lodging, horseback riding, ranch activities, Buck Brannaman style horsemanship, and cattle working.

Main Lodge Room
Single or double occupancy, queen-size bed, individual bathrooms.• $1850.00 per person
Deluxe Cabin
Features a Queen-size bed, private bathroom, fireplace, deck, and sleeps up to four. • Double occupancy................$2015.00 per person
• Each additional (up to 2).......$1775.00 per person
Children (12 and under):
No structured children's program. Please call for special arrangements…..$1775.00
Non-Riders:
Deduct $300.00 from the above listed rates
There is a $4.20 per person per day accommodation tax.
Transportation fee:
Flat rate of $65.00 per person if pick up and return to Kalispell, MT is needed.

Pricing for meetings and retreats vary. A minimum one-week stay is required during peak season.
Reservations
To confirm your stay, we require a $350 per person deposit, payable by check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. Once we receive your deposit, we will send you a Confirmation Statement, Riding Questionnaire, Gear List, Release Form, and Travel Insurance information
Payment Policy
• 60% of balance due by February 15.Cancellation Policy
• Final balance due upon departure.
• Reservations made after February 15 require a 60% deposit.
Travel Insurance is highly recommended. All deposits and payments after January 1 of arrival year are refundable, less a $100.00 service fee, if we can refill your space.
