The nearest airport is Glacier Park International Airport in Kalispell, and the airlines that fly in are  Delta, Northwest, Alaska/Horizon, America West, and United .

Many people fly in on a Saturday, and stay at a hotel in town to take advantage of the lower airfares.

For a flat rate of $50.00 per person, we'll provide hotel or airport pickup and return to Kalispell. Pickup at your hotel is usually between 12:00 pm and 12:30 pm. Airport pickups are usually between 12:30 pm and 1:00 pm. For Saturday departures we usually leave the ranch for the airport between 9:00 am and 10:00 am. People driving, checkout is by 10:00 am.

If you are driving to the ranch, check in is at 3:00 PM (Mountain Time), orientation and hors d'oeuvres are at 5:00 PM, and dinner is at 6:30 PM.

From Kalispell: We are about 70 miles west of Kalispell. Take Hwy 2 west toward Libby. Watch for the mile markers. Just past mile marker 64, turn left onto McGinnis Meadows Road. Follow the main road for 6 ½ miles. Take the first right past the 6 mile marker. You'll see our McGinnis Meadows entrance gate about 100 yards in.

From Spokane, WA: Sometimes it is cheaper all around to fly in to Spokane, WA, rent a car and drive to the ranch. It's about 4 hours away. (We are an hour later on Mountain Time) Head northeast to Sand Point, Idaho. In Sand Point, take Hwy 200 east into Montana. A few miles past the Montana border, take Hwy 56 due north, to Hwy 2. Turn right onto Hwy 2. Drive through Libby, Montana towards Kalispell. Just past the 63 mile marker, turn right onto McGinnis Meadows Road. Follow main road for 6 ½ miles, we're the first right past the 6 mile marker. The Coeur d'Alene Inn in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho also gives our guests discounts.
